"I am absolutely blown away by this whole album. Some of the best duet singing I have heard in ages and tasteful downhome instrumentation with lilt and lyrical tempo. Great choice of classic songs. Brings tears to my eyes!"

STILL HEAR YOUR VOICE

STILL HEAR YOUR VOICE combines traditional and contemporary bluegrass and reflects Carol’s love of duet singing. The material includes classics from the Stanley Brothers and the Carter Family, along with original bluegrass and country music.

Colin McCaffrey produced the CD with Carol and the recording features, in addition to Colin, other outstanding veteran musicians Patti Casey, Karen Collins, Eleanor Ellis, Mark Greenberg, Andy Greene, Jack Leiderman, Keith Little, Jim Pitman and Ed Schaeffer.  Special thanks to Jack Leiderman and Keith Little for remembering and playing their beautiful twin fiddle arrangement, and to Karen Collins for remembering and singing her striking harmony, all on “It Goes Like it Goes,” track 7

A magnificent collection of traditional and contemporary bluegrass showcasing Carol Hausner's talents"
